some of them are, some not……just like plastic surgeons

some of them you have to check with the state…but the hair grafts are great they have gotten so advanced with their procedure they now can take the folicles out of the back of your head one by one and the process is usually three yrs until they look completely natural but i have a few clients that have them and they look great
